1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Viewora platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must not use Viewora for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the images, panoramas, and tours you upload to Viewora. By uploading content, you grant Viewora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Viewora reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

Viewora operates on a subscription model. Subscription fees are billed in KSh (Kenyan Shillings) either monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are securely processed by Paystack.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be applied.

7. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Viewora, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
